Twenty-one gaskets ensure a watertight watch, despite the low case height.

Incredibly thin

The unique sapphire crystal acts as both bezel and cover, which gives the watch a bright and sleek profile. It houses both dial and hands and is firmly attached to the case with 6 individual screws and 12 gaskets. Clear from all sides, bevelled, and AR-coated – a truly one-of-a-kind design.

The case itself is 4.1mm thin.

From a block of metal

The case, dial, and case-back are milled, ground, bead-blasted, anodized, engraved, and assembled in-house. We also produce the luminous paste.

Manual / Instruction

Winding and Setting the time

Handwinding:

Your watch winds automatically when your wrist is in motion, but you can wind it by hand as well:

  1. Unscrew the crown and turn clockwise to handwind the movement.

Time:

  1. Unscrew and pull the crown one click to set the time.

(!) Push and then Screw the crown back in to ensure water resistance.

Handling and care

As with all mechanical movements shocks, drops, and magnetic fields can harm the movement. The sapphire crystal is scratch-resistant but keep it away from hard surfaces to avoid cracks. Keep the crown screwed in to ensure water resistance. After use in saltwater, rinse the watch with fresh water. Take care of your new friend and it will treat you well.

Mytilus is presently being handmade, one by one, with ongoing delivery. Small updates to the design may not be shown on the pictures of this site. Current production iteration of the Mytilus is M1.3.
