Shipment & Delivery

E.C.Andersson Watch Co delivers worldwide, free of charge for the customer. DHL Express is used for international deliveries and Postnord Rek for deliveries within Sweden. All watches in stock are usually delivered within 1-3 business days, depending on the location of the customer. The watches ship complete with a box and signed papers. Local taxes and customs fees may apply outside of the EU and are not calculated upon purchase.

2-year international production warranty on all E.C.Andersson Watch Co watches. Add 1 year by registering your watch at Register Watch

Precision

We regulate each watch before delivery. Current line-up of watches keeps an accuracy of within +6/-1 seconds per 24-hour running time, at the time of shipment. Each watch undergoes a power reserve test and is guaranteed to run for more than 42+ hours. Read more in our Performance Center.

Return Policy

2-week return policy after placing the order, if the watch has not been worn or damaged either visually or internally. Return at the customer’s expense.

Watch service

Service frequency depends on the model. Typically, an automatic watch should be serviced every 4-5 years to keep performing optimally. E.C.Andersson Watch Co’s watches are serviced in the company’s atelier outside Gothenburg, Sweden. Service lead time and cost depends on the work required. A quote is always offered. If a quote is not accepted a disassembly fee of 150 euros applies, as well as return delivery fees. Sometimes issues can be fixed without sending the watch for service. Feel free to contact us to discuss any service matters, repairs or upgrades.

Upgrades & Add-Ons

Upgrades and add-ons will be available for the Mytilus shortly. The watch can be sent to us for said modifications. More info coming.

Always Limited

We pride ourselves on being unique, always striving for new ideas and designs. Making watches with shapes and lines that have never been seen before is an intriguing process, balancing the fine line between progressive and classic. Designing an E.C.A. model takes hundreds of work hours and dozens of choices between finished models until we decide on that next one. This process is our passion, and therefore, all of our models are limited to a small number of a maximum 250 pieces, which means you’ll always be among the lucky few to own one particular model.

GDPR (Handling of personal information)

As a customer: We only gather the necessary information such as name and address to make the delivery of your order. The information is entered by yourself when purchasing a product from our store. The personal information is not used in marketing or shared with any outside companies, legal or non-legal entities. The information is stored in our closed system for delivery purposes only.

Can I buy an E.C.Andersson ( E.C.A ) in physical stores?

As of 2024, E.C.Andersson Watch Co produces all Mytilus watches by hand which dramatically limits the output. Keeping stock at retailers is therefore not a viable solution at the moment. We do, however, showcase one Mytilus Contrast Black at Watches of Scandinavia in Stockholm, Sweden.

Can I swim with my E.C.Andersson ( E.C.A ) watch?

Yes, you can swim with all the watches in our current collection. They are waterproof to a minimum of 60 meters depth. E.C.Andersson watches are made to withstand both salt and freshwater, warm or cold. Just remember to keep the crown screwed in properly. Check the pressure resistance each year – if not successful, a gasket change is an easy fix.
